Cousins

Last night my Mommy, Daddy and went to my grandparent's house and I spent some quality time around my older cousins. Here is a picture of the three of us who are the youngest of the bunch. Me, Adam and Jasmine.

My crib....

My Mommy and Daddy bought me a really nice Suite Bebe crib last month. Well, actually my uncle Kayon paid for it as a gift. Anyway, it was not put together for the longest time and just yesterday, November 26th, my Daddy and uncle Kayon finally put it together. It is so beautiful and it totally takes up my parents bedroom. They had to reorganize everything including their bed in order to make my crib fit. Its a convertible bed which means that as I grow older, it can turn into a toddler bed and then eventually a twin size bed. I have not slept in it yet because my Mommy needs to go buy me a bumper so that in case I roll over I won't hit my face or head on the bars. Cant wait to see how I sleep the first night I am actually staying in it.

Princess Ariana

On November 18th, my cousin Ariana had a princess party for her birthday. Her actual birthday is January 6, but she celebrated early this year in Modesto, Ca. My Mommy couldn't find a Disney Princess outfit in time that was my size, so I was dressed as a ferry. Here are some pics of me and my cousins Jasmine, Nazaneen and Ariana. (They were both dressed as Ariel, Little Mermaid, but Nazaneed was the ball gown version). Hopefully when I am old enough to know about the Princesses, my birthday can have this same theme...Hmmm....I wonder which Princess will be my favorite....

My First Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving World!!!! This year was my first year and I was so excited. I heard that every year my family has a really large and fun gathering, but this year because My Mommy's uncle passed away, they didn't celebrate big. So hopefully next year I can experience them all getting together. This is some pictures of me and my family at home......

Teething

OMG! I got my first tooth on Wednesday, November 23rd. Its on the bottom and I had a cold which was probably a symptom of my teething. I am so excited because this just means I get to eat better food soon. My Mommy and Daddy are so happy. I am the youngest of all the babies in my family, but I am the first to get my first tooth!!! When my Mommy was trying to take a picture, I won't stop sticking my tongue out and so she couldn't really get a good shot! Here is a glimpse!!!!

Meet my Minnie....

On my 6 month birthday, November 21st, My mommy bought me a Minnie Mouse doll because she wants me to have something that I can keep forever and always remember that I got it when I was just a baby. So meet my Minnie Mouse doll..

Also, the next day on November 22nd, I shared my cake with my cousin Jasmine at my Grandparents house....

Baby Einstein Jumper

My Daddy was so excited to get me this new jumper/bouncer. At first I was barely reaching the floor, but now that I am growing tall and at 27 inches, I can finally touch the floor and jump jump jump!

Chuck E Chesse!

For my 6 month birthday, my Mommy and my Aunt Hilay decided to take me and my cousin Yusuf (who was born on the same day as me) to Chuck E Cheese for the first time so we can take some pictures and cut our cake. Normally, my family gets me a cake every month and so this year we wanted to do something different. I can't wait to be old enough to play the games because I was so mesmerized by all the lights! Here are some pictures from the day, so much fun!

Happy 6 months to me!!

I am now officially half a year old, 6 months! Here is a pic of my Mommy and me having fun with our photo booth. Tomorrow I am going to go over to my grandparents house and there I will have a cake.

Sleeping Cheerleader

So this past weekend, when my Aunt Marcia was over, my family was watching the 49ers game and I played a whole lot. I laid on my tummy for some tummy time and then I played on my mat. I never fall asleep unless I am drinking milk, laying in someone's arms, on someones's shoulder or sitting in my swing. For some reason, I think because I played so much, I got really tired and for the first time, I fell asleep on my mat. And surprisingly I was not swaddled. It lasted for about 45 minutes. My mommy and daddy were surprised because I never fall asleep like this. Guess I am getting older and stronger!

Kahenat

My cousin Kahenat came over and we were both sitting up watching the ABC song on youtube. She is 2 weeks older than me and she is able to hold herself up longer than me. I think in a few days when I am also 6 months old, I will be able to do the same.

Go 49ers!!!

On Sunday, November 13, 2011, the San Francisco 49ers were playing the New York Giants and my parents made me wear the cheerleader outfit that my uncle Arvin and aunt Marcia bought me before I was born. Because of my support, they WON!!! YAY!!

Sit up

So a few days ago, (5 1/2 months old) my Mommy sat me up by myself and I was able to hold myself without support. Here is a picture of me reading my favorite book, Baby's First Library.

Happy Birthday Grandpa!

It was my Grandpa's birthday on November 10th and this was the first year I got to celebrate with him. My cousins Ariana, Nazaneen, Adam, Jasmine and I all got to spend the day with him. Here is a picture of all of us surrounding him just before he cut his cake!

My mom bought me my first Juicy Couture  pajama outfit, but she forgot about it in the closet. Thankfully she recently found it and YAY...it fits!

Sweet Potatoe

I had my first solid food on my 5th month birthday and then on Tuesday, October 25th, 2011 my Mommy had me eat some peas. I have to admit I didn't really like it at first, but she made sure I finished it all. Then on the 28th, I had some sweet potato and on the 30th, I had banana. Banana is my favorite so far! Here is a picture of me eating my sweet potato.....

LadyBug

Here is a picture of me in my first ever Halloween costume. I was so excited because I went to Valley Fair Mall with all of my cousins including Yusuf, Ariana, Jasmine and Nazaneen. We all had really nice costumes and I can't wait until I am old enough to choose my own costume!
