Get Well Soon...
I was sick over the weekend, on Thursday, 1/19/2012, I was throwing up in the morning and then my Grandma started also. My Aunt Razma bought me a stuffed animal and a balloon wishing me to get well soon. I feel better now!
Walking
Soon enough I should be walking. Last weekend my parents took me to the local Babies R Us and for fun I got to sit in a walker. I was so excited....
Afghan clothes
On Sunday, 1/22/2012, the same day as the football game, I went to my Aunt Shakila's house for her yearly gathering and I wore my first pair of Afghan Clothes that my Aunt Shabnam bought me when I was first born. Its a bit too big for me, but hopefully they will fit me soon enough.
8 months old!
Hello world! I am officially 8 months old now. On the same weekend, the San Francisco 49ers played in the playoff game vs. the NY Giants. My family car over to root for the SF team at our house an my mommy got me cupcakes that matched the team colors. Of course I as wearing my 49ers cheer outfit, but I wasn't any luck for them this time because they lost. :( Here are some pictures from the day...

Feet
I have just recently discovered my feet and last night, January 14, 2012 I wouldn't stop bending down and trying to put my foot in my mouth. Not the best habit....
Almost crawling....
So I am almost 8 months old, but I have not started to crawl yet. At least not forward. I am sliding back a bit, but I have not yet crawled forward....I am trying....
Go Niners!
So my family's favorite Football team, the San Francisco 49ers have made it to the NFL playoffs and yesterday was their first game against the New Orleans Saints. Although we really weren't sure if they could do it, they won last minute and it was so exciting! Let's go Niners, Let's go. Hopefully they will make it to the Superbowl and win!
Mommy and Me
Today my Mommy and me went to a baby shower and it was my first official party. I got to wear my new dress that my Auntie Ana bought me for Christmas. I am going to be 8 months in only 6 days, but I am now fitting in size 9 month clothing. So exciting. I am growing older! Here is a picture of us both and we are color coordinating so we match a bit.
Also, when we got home I didn't want to change out of my outfit just yet so I decided to play with my Mommy's ring. Some day, maybe I will have one just like it, or maybe even that same one. For now it is definitely too big for my finger!

My First Christmas
This year for my first Christmas, I went to my Uncle Hamed and Aunt Ana's house to spend some time with my family. I had lots of presents with really neat toys and learning games. My cousin jasmine and I were all dressed up in our red dresses and had lots of photos taken. Here are a few....
Future athlete
I know that my parents really look forward to me growing up with a n interest in sports. Here is a picture of my yesterday trying to get my soccer ball (courtesy of Uncle Arvin and Aunt Marcia). I can't crawl yet, but I do hold myself up on all fours. I learned to kick this ball with the help of my Uncle Kayon.
Rice
Tonight for dinner I finally got to have my first taste of actual rice. Yes, the same rice my family was eating. I am not 7 and a half months old, but I haven't really eaten any table food. I just stick to my baby food, all organic. But tonight, I had a taste and I sure enjoyed it! Of course, Mommy was hesitant, but Grandma convinced to her that it would be okay.

Last night I was at my Granparent's house and I got to have some play time with my big cousin Ariana. She is so beautiful her 5th birthday is tomorrow.....Happy early Birthday!

I Heart Hollywood........
Well its been a few days since I have posted anything new. My mom's cousins came from Europe to visit on Christmas day and they are staying until tomorrow. Over the weekend we went to Los Angeles to show them around and luckily it was also my first time there. My cousin Yusuf was there too and it was also his first time in most of the places. We went to Universal Studios and also got to see Hollywood Blvd as well as the famous sign and Laguna Beach. We got to see Shrek and Curious George. Even though I am too small to know who they are, I still had a fun time with my family. We spend New Years Eve there and had a nice time ringing in 2012! Here are some pictures from our trip....
